Throughout my high school career, I had the privilege to compete in the Skills Canada competition for three years in the video production category. Skills Canada has completely changed my life and my career path with the amount of opportunities it has given me. In 2021, I had the pleasure of representing Team Alberta in the National Skills Canada Competition and won gold alongside my partner Mackenzie DeCrescenzo. As a national Gold Medalist, Skills Canada will always be a large part of my identity as a videographer. Videography and photography are both areas I am extremely passionate about, and have been a large part of my life after my experience with Skills Canada, as I am now a freelance videographer and photographer in the community of Lloydminster. I have done everything from weddings to corporate work. If not for Skills Canada, I would not be where I am today and am forever grateful for my experience.
