Photography and Videography Services Requirements Document


This document outlines the essential requirements and expectations for upcoming photoshoots conducted by Sierrah Bennett Media for any client engaging in photography services.


1. DEPOSIT

The Client is required to submit a non-refundable deposit of $100 to secure the Photographer's services for the photoshoot. Upon receipt, the agreed-upon date and time for the photoshoot will be reserved.


2. BALANCE PAYMENT

The Client agrees to settle the remaining balance for the photography services on the day of the photoshoot, prior to the commencement of any services.


3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

a. Cancellation by Client:

  • The $100 deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the Client.
  • If the Client wishes to reschedule, the Photographer may, at their discretion, apply the deposit to the rescheduled date if the Photographer is available.

b. Cancellation by Photographer:

  • In the event that the Photographer is unable to perform the services due to unforeseen circumstances, the $100 deposit will be fully refunded to the Client.


4. WEATHER CONDITIONS

a. Rescheduling due to Bad Weather:

  • If inclement weather is present on the scheduled date, the Photographer may deem it unsuitable for the photoshoot.
  • The Photographer and Client will collaborate to reschedule the photoshoot to a mutually agreed-upon date and time.
  • No additional fees or penalties will be incurred by the Client for rescheduling due to bad weather.


5. LOCATION

The photoshoot location will be determined and agreed upon by both parties in advance. Any additional fees related to the location (e.g., permits, mileage, entrance fees) will be the responsibility of the Client.


6. RIGHTS AND USAGE

a. The Photographer retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the Client.

b. The Client is granted full usage rights to the images and may use them for any purpose, including but not limited to personal, commercial, and promotional use.


7. MISCELLANEOUS

a. This document constitutes the entire understanding between the Photographer and the Client.

b. Any amendments or modifications to these requirements must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By agreeing to these requirements, both parties acknowledge their understanding and commitment to a successful photoshoot.
